Everyone is welcome! Warmups will be at 4:30 p.m., and a workout of 2-3 miles of varying distance intervals will follow. All workouts are open to anyone regardless of speed, experience, or affiliation.

   6:30 p.m.
         Pub Fun Run Series
 (Starts in mid-September and ends in mid-March. Runs take place at various  pubs in R.I. and southeastern Mass.)
This is an informal five-mile fall and winter pub run that runs out of different pubs on Thursday night. If you are interested, check CoolRunning for a listing on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
